Ringcentral is intended to integrate fully with Microsoft Office to provide fax sending and receiving. Impressive features include high security encryption and cell phone alerts when you receive a fax. The outgoing fax number is toll free, and Ringcentral is charged as a monthly service.
Ringcentral provides as standard internet faxing; faxes can be sent and received through a standard email account. Outgoing faxes are encrypted between you and the receiver to ensure security and confidentiality.
Provided included in any package is software to print, create and manipulate faxes. There are a number of options for how you wish to be informed of incoming faxes, including SMS,e-mail and desktop alerts.

You can send faxes either from email or through the RapidFax website. A nice feature is that after sending a fax, a delivery report is delivered to your email account. Received faxes can be read as an Adobe PDF, which preserves the original quality. There is also the ability to send the same fax to multiple recipients.
RapidFax have a single tarrif for both personal and small businesses. After using up the 100 included fax pages each month, and receiving up to 200 faxes free, faxes arecharged at $0.08/page. Included in the cost is a toll free number. There are also corporate pricing plans available, upon request.
Cusomter services provide an online chat and also a support telephone call centre. There is a PDF manual available online as well as a comprehensive FAQ.

MyFax is one of the cheaper online faxing options, starting at just $10 a month including 100 free faxes every month. There are a range of packages available, and you can try out faxing to emails before signing up for a paid service.
MyFax supports sending faxes through email and through their website.
There are also toll free numbers to send faxes from. Faxes are received to your online inbox, and faxes can be sent to unlimited numbers of people worldwide. You have complete control over the appearance of the faxes, including the cover pages. Formats that can be sent include Word Documents, Excel Spreadsheets and Adobe PDFs. There are options to auto resend failed faxes and also to schedule the arrival times of faxes in advance. Included online are copies of sent faxes, which can be saved to the disk or printed as hard copies.
MyFax offers two different pricing schemes; one for personal use and one for business. Both have free set up and charge either monthly or annualy. The monthly fee for the personal option is $10 a month or $110 anually – this includes sending 100 free faxes/month and receiving 200 free faxes /month. Additional faxes are charged at $0.10 per page.
Businesses can receive a customised quote depending on the company size by using a form on the company website.
Customer support with MyFax is excellent. Live web chat and email support are available free 24/7. There are also the standard FAQ and help pages online.
MyFax provides a comprehensive video demonstration to enable you learn the more complicated parts of MyFax. The key features on the user interface are easy to access and simple to use.
eFax enables your computer to be able to send and receive faxes. You can choose to have faxes delivered to your email address or view them on the eFax website. As well as free faxing software there is a free 30 day trial available. If choose not to continue after the 30 days, remember to cancel the subscription (this caught me out and I didn’t realise I was still paying for 6 months!).

The fax number that Callwave give you is local to you, infact they seem to have hundreds of fax numbers for different possible locations. If you require, for an extra cost, you can get multiple different fax numbers. All pricing information is given through an online quote form.
For the individual Callwave provide a fax number for $7.95/month with no set up fees. Included in this deal is 130 pages of outgoing faxes, and unlimited incoming faxes.
